This was my first time ordering, and I gotta say, the service was top-notch. The toys arrived super fast, even with that postal strike going on. It's a bummer that the toys got wrecked in under a day, even though they were from Kong. Guess I’m still on the hunt for some tough toys!

The toy showed up right on schedule, but just 15 minutes later, my dog managed to wreck it. It's so different from all his other Kong toys that have held up for years. I reached out to Pets Play Toy Store about this, but they didn’t give me another option or a refund!

Even though the Kong toy turned out to be a tad smaller than I thought, my dog has taken to it with joy. We’ve got a rope-filled elephant that’s held up for nearly a year, but it’s starting to show some wear. With plenty of love and use, we definitely recommend these toys. My big guy can tear through most stuff in no time. But he actually enjoys playing with these since the ropes give him a solid grip to tug, pull, and toss around. He sends his thanks too!

The lamb resembled a rabbit and my little dog tore it apart in just half an hour. It was surely not suitable for what I needed and a complete waste of cash.

I purchased a couple of plush toys that showed up fast, but they weren’t quite what I expected. I double-checked my order and was a bit confused if I had messed up. So, I shot off an email to clarify, and got a super quick reply saying there was a hiccup. They offered to send me a replacement right away, and included a return label for the items I didn’t want. Honestly, I can’t recall experiencing better customer support. I just wish more companies operated this smoothly.

I can't complain about the service! It was top-notch, really. Big thanks for that. But, the toy? My 8-year-old lab wrecked it in just 10 minutes! I've always gone for Kong stuff for my Staffie since they hold up well, so I thought I'd go with a brand I trust. Looking back, that might not have been the best choice.

Sadly, the cat advent calendar showed up damaged. The box was all crushed, and the treats were all smashed and spilled out. K had to toss it and grab a new one from Amazon.
